At Enable Care Aus, we keep our community small so we can give you the attention and support you deserve. We build a core team of at least three suitable support workers who get to know your routines, communication style and support needs.
So if your usual support worker is sick or on leave, you’re supported by someone familiar who already knows you and how you like to be supported. It keeps your support consistent and personal.

When you feel comfortable with the person supporting you, it’s easier to work towards the things you want to achieve. We look beyond your support needs to consider your interests, communication style, age and the kind of person you’re likely to feel comfortable with.
Our team includes people with a range of experience and backgrounds, including support workers with nursing and healthcare experience. We start with a meet-and-greet so you and your family can meet potential support workers and see who you connect with.

The people behind Enable Care Australia
Our leadership team brings two different but complementary areas of experience to Enable Care Aus. One has worked hands-on as a disability support worker and understands what quality support looks like from the participant’s perspective. The other has a legal background and brings a strong understanding of rights, responsibilities and NDIS requirements
That combined experience helps us provide personalised disability support that is focused on doing the right thing by our participants.

Your rights and wellbeing always come first. As a registered NDIS provider, Enable Care Aus works in line with the NDIS Practice Standards and all relevant requirements, with clear processes in place to support safe and consistent services.
We take our responsibilities that come with providing NDIS support seriously, including worker screening, managing feedback and incidents properly and maintaining the quality and compliance standards expected of NDIS providers.
